Leeds breweries North Brewing Co and Northern Monk have teamed up for a double-collab double-brewday to celebrate Leeds Beer Week.
In July brewers Seb and Brian did double the mashing-in to brew two IPAs in one day. Both beers were brewed with the same hop and malt bills, using different yeast strains to brew different styles of IPA. North Brewing Co went for a Brut IPA and Northern Monk created a juicy NEIPA. Both beers will be available at each brewery’s taprooms with a selection of beers from both breweries available.
On Saturday there will be a free shuttle bus service leaving every hour to ferry drinkers between the two venues.
Eat North will be in full swing at North Brewing Co with street food traders and DJs.
Northern Monk will be launching their Mango Lassi version of Heathen exclusively at The Refectory and will have a Thai BBQ from My Thai.
